Exploring Life Stages

Art Direction

As part of the art and film direction for a three-part video series exploring singleness, marriage, and parenting, I led a visual approach designed to honor the lived experiences of a diverse panel.

The creative direction focuses on emotional range—navigating the quiet, introspective lows alongside the lighter, more joyful heights of the human experience. Central to the work was the preservation of unscripted exchanges; the direction was curated to feel invisible, allowing the conversations to remain honest, raw, and human. The result is a balanced, rhythmic tone that treats personal narratives with both dignity and visual clarity.

Four couples engaged in conversations about marriage, parenting, singleness, and agelessness, with colorful text blocks above each image.
