Exploring Life Stages

Art Direction

A three-part video series exploring singleness, marriage, and parenting through honest, unscripted panel conversations. The brief was to create a visual framework that could hold emotional range—the quiet, introspective moments alongside the lighter and more joyful ones—without imposing a tone on the conversation itself.

My approach was to make the direction feel invisible. The framing, lighting, and graphic language were designed to give the conversations room to breathe rather than direct them. The typographic overlay system—bold colour blocks anchoring each episode's theme—adds visual structure without competing with the human exchange at the centre of each piece.

Four couples engaged in conversations about marriage, parenting, singleness, and agelessness, with colorful text blocks above each image.
